Said policies, rules, and regulations are incorporated into this Policy Manual. For convenience and to conserve space the term "Board" when used in this Manual shall midpoint the Decatur City Board of Education. The personal pronouns "he," "his," and "him" are used throughout the policies simply as a matter of convenience, but without intending to restrict the using of the policies to the masculine gender. Consequently, such pronouns shall moreover include and refer to the feminine gender as the context may indicate.
